Jefferson County

Jefferson County’s Community Outreach Team is based at the Jefferson County Health Department. Our team consists of peer recovery supports specialists, nurses and medical providers that can help with assisting, providing, or referring for addiction and recovery services. We are here to help individuals combating substance abuse disorders and families affected by a loved one struggling with addiction.
